How
to Apply to Williams College |
| Before
you apply to join Williams you must first of all check
that you meet the academic entry criteria for your chosen
course - if you are unsure contact the college for clarification.

1 - Application

Application Procedure
Make
sure that you attach or send the following:

recent passport size photographs
An attested copy of your passport
Attested copies of all relevant qualifications,
Proof of work experience (if applicable) and
The registration fee - see
payment methods
Please
note that an incorrect or invalid application
will result in the process being delayed therefore
read and complete the application form VERY
CAREFULLY.

Stage 2 - Acceptance in Principle Once
we receive your valid application and payment of the
registration fee you will be sent a letter confirming
your 'Acceptance in Principle' for
the course applied for.

Stage 3 - Payment of course fees
Before your place at the college
is confirmed you must pay the course fees and any other
fees due to the college - See 'Payment
Methods'

Stage 4 - Offer letters
Upon
receipt of the fees the college will issue you with
the following letters:
Unconditional or Conditional Offer letter - a Conditional
Offer requires you to fulfil the academic entry criteria
before acceptance onto the course.
Confirmation of Enrolment letter*
Receipt for fees paid
* Students requiring a visa should apply for the visa
after receiving this letter. See 'Visa
Applications'

Stage 5 - Arrival at Williams College
Please
bring along the following as soon as possible and at
least 2 working days before the course starts:
Confirmation
of Enrolment letter / Offer letter
One passport sized photograph
Your original passport
Current UK address
