BA (Hons) Hospitality Management & Business Management

University of Gloucestershire This course replaces the two part programme leading to the BA(Hons) Strategic Hospitality Management 'Top Up' degree. Students already studying or enrolled for it will transfer as appropriate to the new programme.

The hospitality industry employs people in a range of exciting roles from small specialist independent restaurants and boutique style hotels to impressive luxury hotels all around the world.

All aspects of management that are key for hospitality managers are extensively covered within this joint Honours degree including human resource management, financial management, marketing, risk management and corporate strategy.

The full programme will include English support studies and give students a unique learning experience in the UK. Students at Williams College will undertake the same programme as delivered at the University of Gloucestershire campus achieving an award with 360 CAT points.

A combination of assignments, case study reviews, planning exercise and examinations.
